Some encounters feel right from the very first moment. Yesterday, I had a wonderful meeting in Berlin with screenwriter Dr. Christine Otto and the remarkable director and author Ruth Olshan.

Step by step, my book is becoming a film. There is still an exciting journey ahead of us, but we are moving forward with great heart, confidence, and a shared belief in this story.

The Woman Who Remains tells a story of love, loss, dignity, hope, and the power of humanity – themes that connect us all.
